ASPARAGUS DIP


48 g (2 oz) packet asparagus soup


142 ml (5 fl oz) soured cream


5 ml (1 tsp) herb vinegar


salt and pepper


paprika, to garnish


1. Make up the soup following the packet instructions, but using 200 ml (7 fl oz) boiling water.


2. Stir in the soured cream, vinegar and seasoning, and mix well until smooth and the


ingredients are well combined.


3. Before serving, transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with paprika. Serve with crudités or cheese


crackers.
