BLUE CHEESE DIP
142 ml (5 fl oz) soured cream
1 garlic clove, skinned and crushed
175 g (6 oz) Blue Stilton cheese, crumbled
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper
snipped fresh chives, to garnish
1. Blend all the ingredients, except the chives, to a smooth paste. Sprinkle over the chives and
serve with chunks of French bread or crudités.
Serves 6-8
