Crawford Berry Smoothie

“This very healthy breakfast or anytime beverage is loaded with antioxidants, potassium, protein, and fiber! I buy my strawberries fresh and then place them in a freezer safe container and freeze them. No ice is needed due to the frozen strawberries! Pour into a tall chilled glass and enjoy!”


Ingredients:


  • 1 cup

    whole strawberries

  • 1 cup

    soy milk

  • 1

    banana

  • 1 tablespoon

    agave nectar

  • 1 tablespoon

    ground flax seed meal

  • 1/4 teaspoon

    vanilla extract

Directions:


  • Mix strawberries , soy milk , banana, agave nectar , flax seed , and vanilla extract in a blender until creamy .
