Sweet potatoes - Banana Smoothie

“Tastes like indulgence but…super healthy and loaded with vitamins and protein.”


Ingredients:


  • 1 small

    banana

  • 1/2

    small cooked sweet potato

  • 1/2 cup

    cottage cheese

  • 1/2 cup

    low-fat milk

  • 5 cubes

    ice, or as needed

  • 1 tablespoon

    cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon

    molasses

  • 1 tablespoon

    honey

  • 1/8 teaspoon

    almond extract

Directions:


  • Mix banana , sweet potatoes , cheese , milk , ice, cocoa powder , syrup , honey, and almond extract in a blender with a high power (e.g. , Ninja®) to obtain a homogeneous mass.
