Quick melon juice

“Must be wondering…cantaloupe juice? Hmm, well guess what, it’s a perfect juice to refresh your day! Only 3 ingredients and you are ready to go! One fruit equals thousands of benefits. Eat the other half of the cantaloupe.”


Ingredients:


  • 1/2

    cantaloupe – peeled, seeded, and cubed

  • 3/4 cup

    milk

  • 1 tablespoon

    white sugar

    (optional)

Directions:


  • Place in a blender and melon top with milk and sugar. Cover and blend until smooth.
