Ginger Berry Smoothie

“This luscious fruit smoothie is chock full of berries but has a definite spicy kick with the added fresh ginger. Very invigorating after a nice yoga workout!”


Ingredients:


  • 1 cup

    water, or more as needed

  • 1/4 cup

    frozen blueberries

  • 4

    frozen strawberries, or more to taste

  • 1 (1 inch) piece

    fresh ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon

    agave nectar

Directions:


  • Mix water, blueberries, strawberries , ginger and agave nectar together in a blender until thick and smooth.
