Cheesecake Dip

“A sweet, creamy dip with just the right amount of vanilla. It is delicious with fruit, cookies, cakes and pretzels.”


Ingredients:


  • 3 ounces

    Neufchatel cheese

  • 2 tablespoons

    white sugar

  • 3 tablespoons

    low-fat milk

  • 2 cups

    frozen whipped topping, thawed

  • 1 teaspoon

    vanilla extract

Directions:


  • In a bowl , combine the Neufchatel cheese, sugar and milk. Mix thoroughly until well blended and smooth. Carefully connect the frozen whipped topping and vanilla to the mixture. Serve chilled .
