Ginger Berry Smoothie
“This luscious fruit smoothie is chock full of berries but has a definite spicy kick with the added fresh ginger. Very invigorating after a nice yoga workout!”
Ingredients:
- 1 cup
water, or more as needed - 1/4 cup
frozen blueberries - 4
frozen strawberries, or more to taste - 1 (1 inch) piece
fresh ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped - 1 tablespoon
agave nectar
Directions:
- Mix water, blueberries, strawberries , ginger and agave nectar together in a blender until thick and smooth.
