“To make this refreshing summer cocktail, vigorously shake vodka, simple syrup, and lemon juice with lemon and cucumber slices. Pour into a Collins glass and top with a splash of club soda. This simple and refreshing cocktail is a signature drink at the Tiny Lounge in Chicago.”


Ingredients:


  • ice cubes

  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces

    vodka

  • 1/2 fluid ounce

    simple syrup

  • 1/2 fluid ounce

    lemon juice

  • 5 slices

    cucumber

  • 2 slices

    lemon, or more to taste

  • 1 splash

    club soda

Directions:


  • Fill a shaker with ice . Pour the vodka , simple syrup , lemon juice, cucumber slices and lemon slices in a shaker ; cover and shake until chilled . Pour into a cocktail glass and top Collins splash of soda .
