“A healthy shake using pumpkin puree makes for a quick breakfast.”
Ingredients:
- 4 cubes
ice, or more if desired - 1 cup
skim milk - 1/3 cup
pumpkin puree - 1/3 cup
plain fat-free Greek yogurt - 1/2
frozen banana, cut into chunks - 1 pinch
ground cinnamon - 1 pinch
ground ginger - 1 pinch
ground nutmeg - 1 pinch
ground allspice - 1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
Directions:
- Mix ice , milk, pumpkin puree , yogurt , banana, cinnamon, ginger , nutmeg , allspice and vanilla in a blender until smooth .
