Persimmon green smoothie
“Yummy smoothie full of nutrients from fruits and vegetables.”
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups
almond milk - 1/3 cup
plain kefir - 1 1/3 cups
chopped kale, or as needed - 1 1/3 cups
chopped fresh spinach, or as needed - 1 1/3 cups
chopped Swiss chard, or as needed - 3
persimmons, peeled - 1 1/2
frozen bananas - 1/2
avocado, peeled and pitted - 1 tablespoon
chia seeds - 1 teaspoon
honey, or more to taste

Directions:
- Mix the almond milk and yogurt together in a blender ; Add cabbage , spinach, chard and . Mix until smooth ismes reaches 4 cup mark . Add persimmons , bananas , avocados, chia seeds , and honey , puree until smooth .
