In the afternoon Cocktail Delight

“This signature cocktail combines gin, pear brandy, lemon juice, orange juice, and simple syrup. A quick shake is all you need. Then strain the cocktail into a chilled Collins glass and garnish with an orange slice. It’s a refreshing signature cocktail at JBird Cocktails in New York City.”

Ingredients:

• 2 fluid ounces
  
  gin


• 3/4 fluid ounce
  
  lemon juice


• 3/4 fluid ounce
  
  orange juice


• 3/4 fluid ounce
  
  simple syrup


• 1/2 fluid ounce
  
  brandy


• 2 fluid ounces
  
  club soda, or to taste


• ice


• 1
  
  orange slice

Directions:

• Pour the gin, lemon juice , orange juice , simple syrup and brandy in a shaker . Fill a shaker with ice , cover and shake until chilled . Strain the cocktail Collins glassed filled with ice. Top with soda and garnish with an orange slice .
