Quick melon juice

Ingredients:
- 1/2
cantaloupe – peeled, seeded, and cubed - 3/4 cup
milk - 1 tablespoon
white sugar
(optional)
Directions:
- Place in a blender and melon top with milk and sugar. Cover and blend until smooth.
