Good Morning Smoothie -To -Go

“I don’t usually leave me enough time for breakfast in the morning and came up with this as a quick, healthy smoothie I can put in a to-go cup and drink at work.”


Ingredients:


  • 2 cups

    fresh spinach

  • 1 cup

    rolled oats

  • 1 cup

    apple juice

  • 1

    banana, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons

    peanut butter

Directions:


  • Mix spinach, oats, apple juice , banana, and peanut butter together in a blender or food processor until smooth .
