Sweet potatoes - Banana Smoothie
“Tastes like indulgence but…super healthy and loaded with vitamins and protein.”
Ingredients:
- 1 small
banana - 1/2
small cooked sweet potato - 1/2 cup
cottage cheese - 1/2 cup
low-fat milk - 5 cubes
ice, or as needed - 1 tablespoon
cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
molasses - 1 tablespoon
honey - 1/8 teaspoon
almond extract
Directions:
- Mix banana , sweet potatoes , cheese , milk , ice, cocoa powder , syrup , honey, and almond extract in a blender with a high power (e.g. , Ninja®) to obtain a homogeneous mass.
