    cooked rice

  • 2 cups

    diced celery

  • 8 cups

    bean sprouts

  • 1 pound

    fresh mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 (8 ounce) cans

    water chestnuts, drained

  • 2 teaspoons

    poultry seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon

    sage
