“Chicken strips dipped in a mayonnaise/mustard mixture, then a sesame seed/cracker crumb mixture and baked. Served with a honey mayonnaise dipping sauce. These chicken strips are very tasty, especially when dipped in the sweet sauce. These go over well at summer get-togethers and make great finger foods.”
Ingredients:
- 1 cup
mayonnaise - 2 teaspoons
dried minced onion - 2 teaspoons
dry mustard - 1 cup
crushed buttery round cracker crumbs - 1/2 cup
sesame seeds - 2 pounds
skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - SAUCE:
- 1 cup
mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
honey
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F ( 220 degrees C).
- In a flat plate or bowl combine 1 cup mayonnaise , onion and mustard. Mix and set aside. In a separate shallow dish or bowl combine the bread crumbs and sesame. Cut chicken lengthwise into 1/4 inch strips .
- Dip chicken strips into mayonnaise mixture , then coat in Sesammischungzu . Show coated strips in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until juice clear. Mix 1 cup mayonnaise cause and honey together in a small bowl and cover with chicken strips .
